The Committee is responsible for decision-making, co-ordination and implementation of all measures required to ensure that the visit by the presidents of the USA and the Russian Federation to Slovenia is conducted smoothly, safely and in compliance with the regulations of protocol.

The Committee also co-ordinates all the activities related to the event to be carried out by the various ministries.
