Due to limited space and for technical reasons we have had to divide photographers, TV crews and journalists into two pools for the media coverage of the summit between US President Bush and Russian Federation President Putin, which will take place in Slovenia at the Brdo mansion. The pools are formed on the principle of parity and are the result of negotiation with the US and Russian sides. Each pool is composed of three groups: a group of US press members, a group of Russian press members and a third group comprising Slovenian and other press members. The pools will be able to cover the bilateral meetings the Slovenian hosts will hold with presidents Bush and Putin and the summit meeting itself between the US and Russian presidents.

We would like to draw attention to the fact that the division of the press into two groups means that photographs, audio recordings or TV pictures of the events should be shared with other press members on their request.
